[Expired] Amazon SNAP EBT Users: Get $10 Off $20 Grocery Orders

Deal has ended, view more Amazon deals by clicking here.

Update 7/10/22: Reader Alex lets us know that non-Prime EBT users are seeing a $10 off $40 deal instead of the $10 off $20 deal for Prime EBT users.

The Offer

Direct Link to offer (our affiliate link here and below)

Through July 13th, Prime Day, Amazon is offering a special discount for those who have a SNAP EBT card:

  • Register a SNAP EBT card and save $10 on eligible grocery orders over $20.
  • Ensure a valid SNAP EBT card is registered to your Amazon Prime account and click the yellow “Apply code to your account” button on the landing page or enter promotional code PRIMESNAP at checkout to receive $10 off one Amazon.com order of $20 or more.

This offer is for primary and household Prime members. Should work for someone who already has a SNAP EBT registered or someone who registers their SNAP EBT card now.

  • The maximum benefit you may receive from this offer is $10.
  • You do not need to pay with SNAP EBT card to qualify for this offer.
  • Offer may not be combined with other offers.
  • Offer is non-transferable, is not redeemable for cash, and may not be resold.
  • Amazon reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time.
  • Offer discount will be allocated proportionally among all promotional items in your order.
  • If any of the products or content related to this offer are returned, your refund will equal the amount you paid for the product or content, subject to applicable refund policies.
  • If you violate any of these terms, the offer will be invalid.

Our Verdict

Nice discount for EBT users. Amazon always offers a discounted Prime membership for EBT users – cost is just $6.99/month instead of the regular Amazon Prime price of $14.99/month. Some people might want to signup for a free one-month trial for Amazon Prime or a paid one-month membership in order to get in the Prime Day deals.

We’ve began aggregating all Prime Day deals in this main post which we’ll sticky during Prime Day and keep it updated as much as we can. I tried breaking down the deals into manageable categories for easy reading. We’ll add this EBT deal there as well.

There are people. I’ve known some who had Prime even though they got free healthcare and EBT.

All kinds of people. Prime offers so many deals, from free prime with MetroPCS phone service. Discount before EBT.

PRIME HAS SO MANY OFFERS .THEY MAKE SURE THAT ANYBODY ,CAN BE A PRIME MEMBER AT A VERY LOW COST OR NO COST .YOU CAN GET IT WITH CERTAIN PHONE SERVICES .YOU GET A DISCOUNTS FOR AN EBT RECIPIENT.THERE’S SO MANY WAYS THAT PEOPLE CAN HAVE FOOD STAMPS AND PRIME .
JUST BECAUSE YOU HAVE FOOD STAMPS DOESN’T MEAN THAT YOU CAN’T AFFORD PRIME OR OTHER THINGS IN LIFE, IT DOESN’T MEAN THAT YOU HAVE NOTHING. IT MEANS THAT YOU HAVE A FAMILY AND A LOW ENOUGH INCOME THAT YOU GET SOME ASSISTANCE WITH FOOD . SO MANY PEOPLE CAN QUALIFY AND THEY DON’T EVEN REALIZE THEY QUALIFIED BECAUSE THEY THINK THEY’RE TOO PROUD FOR FOOD STAMPS.
THE WAY THINGS ARE IN THE WORLD TODAY,WE ALL NEED ALL THE HELP WE CAN GET.
IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA THERE SHOULD NOT BE NOT ONE HUNGRY PERSON THERE SHOULD NOT BE NOT ONE PERSON EATING CAT FOOD BECAUSE THEY CAN’T AFFORD REAL FOOD TO RECEIVE FOOD STAMPS OR EBT ASSISTANCE HOWEVER YOU WANT TO PUT IT DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOU’RE LOW CLASS LOW LIFE OR ANYTHING ELSE IT MEANS THAT YOU NEED HELP ,
FEEDING YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY.
EVERY LITTLE BIT HELPS BUT BELIEVE ME THE EBT THAT PEOPLE DO RECEIVE IS NOT EVEN ENOUGH TO FEED THE FAMILY FOR A MONTH YOU HAVE TO REALLY BARGAIN SHOP AND YOU HAVE TO REALLY CUT DOWN AND YOU CAN’T EAT AS HEALTHY AS YOU WOULD LIKE.
SO WHY ASK THE QUESTION WHO CAN AFFORD PRIME WITH EBT PRIME IS AFFORDABLE FOR EVERYBODY AND ANYBODY THEY MAKE IT HAPPEN.
THANK YOU PRIME FOR OFFERING A SNAP SNAP RECIPIENT DEAL FOR THE NEXT 2 DAYS. MY FAMILY WILL BE ABLE TO HAVE SOME THINGS THIS MONTH THAT THEY DON’T USUALLY GET SO IT’LL BE A REAL TREAT TO BE ABLE TO HAVE A FEW EXTRA GROCERIES THIS MONTH AND A FEW EXTRA SPECIAL THINGS THAT THEY REALLY LIKE THAT ARE NORMALLY NOT AFFORDABLE.

If you don’t have prime you may get something that says $10 off $40+ spend in groceries. So those who don’t pay for Prime can still get a deal if they spend a bit more.  Chuck

Chuck Apologies for not clarifying. It’s for SNAP EBT users only. The spend requirement is just different if you pay for Prime or not (Prime is 6.99 a month if you have an EBT card). The link works for those who don’t pay for Prime and have SNAP EBT.

If you don’t have a Prime account and you click that link it’ll show you a $10 off $40+ in groceries.
