Successful in getting flights to Tallahassee to visit family for Thanksgiving at reduced mileage. 17,500 RT is solid value for a ticket that normally costs AT LEAST $350-$400 normally. Have to route through CLT instead of being able to leverage the normal direct flight, but definitely worth it to not have to drive.

Earlier this summer, I booked a saver award for a December flight before the December reduced mileage list was released. My destination is on the December list now. Any chance I’d be able to call in and get some miles refunded?

If my home airport is listed one of the months, can I use this to fly anywhere? It calls these cities “destinations” but I was under the impression you could fly to or from these airports.

That’s correct, Adam. This will work as long as either your origin or destination is on the reduced mileage list.

Is the amount of mileage off per round trip flight or is it possible to get 7,500 miles off of a one way trip?

Could get 3750 off per OW on previous reduced mileage awards. Probably still true.
