My Verdict
Many other portals have been offering higher rates for Amex Business Gift Cards (Simply Cash Back 2.1% and TopCashBack 2.25%). So this is not the best cashback rate recently but it is tied for the highest we have seen for Ebates this year. I have personally had bad experiences with my Amex Gift Card purchases tracking with TopCashBack, so I may partake in this one if the app is working on my tablet (there were reports of issues with mobile devices earlier). Ebates is always reliable with their fairly quick and efficient customer service. If I had an Ebates credit card, which I am debating signing up for soon, I would definitely partake in this deal for 5% Cashback.
