Existing cardholders can request a new card (log in, click account services and then ‘Request Metal Card’. You can also call in to request the new card). If you’re interested in the card please remember you can get a 100,000 point sign up bonus on the card.

Not sure if this is new, or how new this is but the American Express Business Platinum page is showing the new metal design for the card. I also have no idea if this means that American Express are shipping metal cards to new cardholders or not and what the roll out will be for existing cardholders. Although I don’t see why they would add the new design to the site if they didn’t plan to roll it out soon/immediately.
Hopefully they don’t run out of metal business cards when it does become available. Also just a reminder that you can get 100,000 point bonuses on both the personal and business versions of this card currently.
