American Express has announced an extension to their Lowe’s credit card co-branded credit cared partnership. The card will retain the same rewards & fees structure as before:
- 5% off every day from Lowe’s on eligible Lowe’s purchases.
- 3X points per dollar at U.S. restaurants, U.S. office supply stores and on wireless telephone services purchased directly from U.S. service providers;
- 2X points per dollar on Lowe’s purchases; and
- 1X points on other purchases.
- No annual fee
American Express didn’t provide any additional details about how long the credit card partnership was extended for. I’ve never found the American Express Lowe’s card terribly exciting due to the lack of sign up bonus, but I’m sure they will be glad to retain this co-branded partner after the loss of Costco.
