ANA Haneda and Narita Lounges Added To Priority Pass

The ANA lounges at Haneda and Narita have been added to Priority Pass. Details are as follows:

  • Haneda lounge is located in Terminal 3 and open from 5AM until the last scheduled flight
  • Narita lounged is located in Terminal 1, Satellite 5 and open from 7AM until the last scheduled flight

Always nice to see more priority pass lounges added, especially for Haneda as there were no lounges available before this addition.

This is positive news for Japanese travelers in the Tokyo area and irrelevant for everyone else

Y’all be talking like you’ll be able to travel to Japan this year, like you know what ANA lounges are like right now. Puh lease

Terms for NRT lounge state: “Limited to one guest with cardholder subject to a per person charge where applicable”

Can anyone help me translate this into English? If my wife and I go to this lounge and swipe in under my PP card (which under my American Express Hilton card includes 10 visits to any lounge a year), is this lounge free of charge or not free?

I hope ANA lounges are much better than what they entitled you to enter before. I live in Tokyo and when I tried to use PP (I think NRT), the lounge was absolutely pathetic. We made a quick u-turn. Haven’t been in an ANA lounge here yet so no idea on that.

ANA lounge is already crowded. now with PP it will be a total disaster

Agree. It’s already like a cafeteria…

Finally! There’s a decent United Club lounge there with showers where I can use my passes from the Chase United card, but I can’t always rely on that because they only let you in if you have a ticket with a Star Alliance carrier.

Good luck! While the showers at the NH lounge are nicer, wait-lists were often over an hour pre-covid.

IIRC, they were making lots of changes to the terminals in Tokyo so that they would be divided by alliance so it may be difficult to physically access the NH/UA lounges without a *A ticket.

The changes aren’t going to make much impact beyond how things are now. The ANA lounge at Narita T1 will only be accessible to *A/SkyTeam ticket holders, the one at Haneda T3 will be accessible to people traveling on some ANA flights and most international flights on other airlines (there’s a new international section of T2 but it’s only being used for certain ANA flights with no other airlines yet)

NRT is international terminal one. Airport only has 3 terminals.

There isn’t Terminal 5 at Narita.It should be Terminal 1, Satellite 5.

Really excited about the HND lounge, though space constraints will be in place as soon as Olympics season starts–not that most of us will be able to visit anytime soon since Japan is currently closed off to all foreign tourists.

ANA already opened their lounge to its own premium economy, so it will be that drastically different to add PP passengers.

This could arguably be the best lounges Priority Pass has. On the other hand, business class passengers will suffer

*Gs traveling in Y will be the ones to suffer.

I think UA is still planning to open a Polaris in Tokyo, so that will probably be the best place to go if you’re not in F.
