Our Verdict
Standard bonus is 20,000 points but we’ve seen 30,000 point offers before, although it’s somewhat rare to have a public link available. How useful this offer is really depends on how much you value Amtrak points and train travel in general. Points are worth 2.56-2.9¢ depending on if you’re redeeming them for Acela trains or not. We discuss this in more detail in our complete guide to AGR points. This means the sign up bonus is worth $768-$870 in train travel.  As always make sure you read through these things everybody should know about Bank of America cards before applying or asking questions in the comments as they are most likely answered there.
