Bilt has announced that Bank of America AirFrance/KLM cardholders will now earn 3x points when making rent payments on Bilt on up to $50,000 in spend annually (150,000 total points). Once the cap is reached you earn 1.5x points per $1 paid in rent.
Similar deals are also available for Chase United cardholders (2x per $1) & Bank of America Alaska Atmos (3x per $1). The AirFrance/KLM card also earns status points when you reach spending miletones:
- 20 credits on card anniversary
- 80 credits when you spend $15,000+
- Additional 60 credits when you spend a total of $25,000+
