Got a call this morning from them asking to verify that I did buy the gift cards and I confirmed. Got the emails just now and added them to my account. Got caught up in the moment and forgot to go through a portal 🙁
I bought 1 Uber, 1 Lyft, and 1 Southwest. I could buy only 1 each. It also triggered Both Amex offers ($25 off $250 spending and +1 MR point).
Order went through but it’s been 8 hours and haven’t received my gift card!

Best Buy egift card redemption site is now back up. Just redeemed two cards, one from today and one from a few days ago.

Me too. I didn’t even receive their account verification email, just the redemption email.
Yup, same problem. Saw several other complaints on Twitter about the redemption site not working. I would recommend avoiding any purchases until they fix it.
