This is an unexpected surprise: those who utilized Best Buy store pickup during the holiday season (12/3 – 12/16) are now getting emails with a free $10 Best Buy savings code toward another purchase.
Check you emails for subject line “IT’S ALL YOURS! Here’s a $10 Savings Code, just for you.” Check spam as well in case it landed there. People are even getting multiple savings codes, one for each pickup. Maximum seems to be 3 codes.
These ‘savings codes’ are excellent since they usually function like ordinary Best Buy gift cards, just with an expiration. Best Buy gift cards can even be used to buy most third-party gift cards in Best Buy stores.
