• Best Western is offering front line heroes status, or an upgrade to status if they have already have it.
  • New BWR members will receive an upgrade Gold Elite status
  • Current Elite BWR members will receive an upgrade to next Elite status
  • Current Diamond Select Elite tier members will receive a Diamond Select for Life status

The Fine Print

• Individuals who (a) serve in essential roles* on the front lines for the COVID-19 response; (b) are Best Western Rewards^® (“BWR^®”) members or enroll in BWR; and (c) register for the Program by Friday, July 31, 2020, 11:59 pm MST
• There is a limit of one (1) upgrade that may be earned through this Program. There is a limit of one (1) upgrade in a 12-month period. Members who earned an upgrade by meeting tier requirements during the past twelve (12) months are eligible to earn an upgrade through the Program. Newly upgraded Elite members will maintain their Elite tier status until January 31, 2022, without meeting tier requirements. Program registration and BWR enrollment/membership required prior to Friday, July 31, 2020, to earn the upgrade. BWR enrollment and registration may be completed by visiting bestwestern.com/frontlineheroes.
• Essential roles are defined as any employee in the medical field, the hospitality industry, the restaurant industry, shipping and e-Commerce, retail, and others.
