Hey Chuck, I’m a med student and one thing I’ll say is I plan to spend my dollars with companies that stood up to help the front line docs like my peers and mentors during this crisis. I think it would be awesome if even after we find a vaccine for this you memorialize companies that did right by society and public health efforts in what is shaping to be a tragic chapter in human history. I think also you should highlight companies that are stepping up to help make PPE for stopping the spread of this disease. One good example is Nine Line Apparel, they shifted production to make PPE and the longer they stay in business selling off their inventory the longer they can make PPE since the owner already committed to running their business into the ground if needed to keep making PPE because his mom is a nurse. I only know what was shared in this article but heroes like this deserve to be honored and we should churn the crap out of companies that have treated customers poorly like StubHub and united recently only giving them business if we know we are coming out far ahead.
