Yes, I’m sure they’d be even more successful If they only kept the racial slur as their name…

Bigby only operates in about a dozen states, so that one dude from hawaii who always complains about doordash will probably not be eligible. I’ve tried their regular brewed house blend coffee and it’s pretty watered down. From the menu, it looks like one of those master-of-none beverage chains that has a long menu but does nothing well.

They have a few seasonal specialty drinks that are really popular with people familiar with their menu. No one really goes there for just plain black coffee.

That’s a huge red flag. Seasonal specialty drinks are mostly sugar and air. Even specialty drinks made with coffee and tea need to a meet minimum standard of quality for the base ingredients of coffee and tea, otherwise the drinks will most likely be saturated with syrup, cream, and additives to cover up the flavor of burnt watery shit (e.g. Starbucks specialty drinks).

If a chain store with the word “coffee” in its name can’t even do coffee right, there’s no reason to ever go there. There are so many other coffee places to chose from that actually care about coffee, and those all have specialty drinks too.
