Has anyone received their $10 credit for December?
The credit for November posted very quickly – the 3rd tap to pay occurred on 11/20. Statement closed on 11/20.
Rec’d email about credit posted on 11/23. Went to check account online, the credit actually was posted with 11/21 date.
The transactions were at CVS and Walgreens.
However Dec the 3rd tap happened on 12/16, then rec’d email to REMIND me there is still time in Dec to finish the required tap to pay…. So I did one extra tap to pay on 12/19 just to make sure as I wasn’t sure the 1st Tap to Pay made at Aldi qualified or not since the receipt did not have any payment method indication. The remaining 3 transactions were again at CVS and Walgreens.
Statement closed on 12/20. Still do not see credit as of today 12/26. A total of 7 business days have passed. T&Cs said 5 to 7 business days after 3rd Tap to Pay to receive the credit, but can wait 90 days. Nov took 1 business day. Dec does not seem it would ever show up automatically.
I called Capital One and the CSR notated the account that customer made inquiry on the credit from the targeted promotion which she could see it in my account.
The same exact thing happened to me. I’ve still not received the credit from December and it’s January 9th! The November credit posted very quickly.
A year ago CO have a similar offer, I didn’t receive it, but my wife did. The difference is that she never used the tap to before previous to that, and I did. So it might be targeted to persons that never use tap to pay.
Does Capital One issue contactless versions of the QuickSilver card?
Yes, I have a quicksilver card and I recieved an email for this offer last week.
i have 2 savor cards. both are contactless cards.
My Capital card is sock drawer for years. I’m doing Raddisson Rewards credit card double points promotion. I just did Caesars Rewards credit card promotions. I do Bank of America Deals and JPM Chase offers and less frequently, due to their lack of utility Amex offer’s. Any card without a bonus, I DO NOT EVEN CARRY IT!
One card received the offer the other card does not.
The email does not say the minimum amount per transaction. Glad I read here that it is $1.01+.
Should prob add in title “targeted”. I got lured in clicking it and disappointed 🙁

Tap your card on a contactless purchase system to pay for a purchase. They ran exact same promo last year, too.
I didn’t get the email, last year the offer came on a billing statement insert.
Thanks. Such promo would only be sent for cards having an RF feature. Mine does not.
