Our Verdict
This is an excellent offer, though the cashback will likely only be on the base cost (minus taxes/fees).
There’s also a separate (non-stackable) offer for $100 off $100 when you book a car rental through the Capital One Shopping portal.
As always, keep in mind that Capital One Shopping portal does not require having a Capital One card or bank account. Also remember that the rewards are not cash but rather they cash out as gift cards for various brands.
