- Starting July 1st Capital One is offering a 25% transfer bonus when you transfer to Avianca LifeMiles. The normal transfer rate is 2 Capital One Miles = 1.5 LifeMiles. Under this promotion it will be 2 Capital One Miles to 1.876 Avianca Miles.

Our Verdict
Nice to see more and more Capital One transfer rates. It’s a shame that even with the bonus the transfer rate isn’t 1:1, but keep in mind you can earn 2 points per $1 spent so that helps. How useful this deal is will really depend on how you value Capital One/Avianca Miles.

45,000 ÷ 1.25 = 36,000 Capital One miles needed
