Update 8/15/26: Reminder to ask for retention credits with T-Mobile. Most common one currently seems to be $30 + $10 credit per month for six months.
Update 9/1/25: Might be worth checking to see if this credit is actually being applied. Apparently it can take 1-2 billing cycles for it to show, but if you don’t want to wait you can chat again and the agent should be able to manually apply the credit. H/t comments and reddit user helveticat0
Via SD, T-Mobile is offering many people $10 monthly credits for 7 months as a retention offer for remaining with the carrier. Others are getting $20 + $20 credits or possibly other amounts.
If you were considering switching from T-Mobile this is an easy opportunity to give them another chance and try it for another few months while the discounts roll in. T-Mobile chat apparently works for this.
