Capital One Miles can be transferred to 12 different loyalty programs at a rate of 2:1.5. It seems they are discontinuing their transfer partnership with two of these:
- Hainan Airlines
- Qatar Airways
The final transfer date is May 13, 2020. If you are interested in making these transfers, do it now.
