I got the email and registered. However after singing up, you can see the list of credit card partners, under Citi only shows HK Citibank cards and not US. I wonder if we’d get the bonus transferring from Citi USA?

I noticed the following in the T&C:

Eligible Miles Conversion does not include miles earned via the following conditions and thus they are not eligible for the Promotion Offer:

Miles earned from the welcome offer of designated credit cards

Most of my AMEX MRs came from SUBS.

Good airline but good luck on finding seats with points… especially to South East Asia.

This 10% transfer bonus promotion dates back to 12/29/2023. You need to register it. It might still be able to retroactively apply to the previous conversion. I’m not 100% sure. But I suggest you register it now.
The terms said “The 2023/24 Points Conversion Campaign (Rest-of-the-world) (“Promotion Offer”) provided by Asia Miles Limited (“AML”) is valid from 29 December 2023, 00:00 to 31 March 2024, 23:59 (GMT+8), both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”)”. No sure whether the bonus

ah ok that’s very interesting, thanks for the heads up. signed up and maybe it’ll work🤞🏻

i also didn’t read that closely so i didn’t realize it’s a bonus after the fact… not as useful if i’m only using transferring it for a one time trip🥲

Tried to register but received this error message “Thank you for your interest. Unfortunately, this promotion is only available to the selected members…”
This makes me wonder if this a public offer or a targeted one

Since Covid-19, the award ticket availability of Cathay Pacific becomes awful.

Right they’re offering a deal before Air China will take a controlling stake in them……
What would those miles be worth at that time 🤷 ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I fly PHL-MDE RT on AA for 30k + ~$70 which is pretty great since I have a ton of MR and AA points harder to acquire imo.

Keep in mind that you need to call CX to be able to book AA domestic flights but availability shouldn’t differ from other OW carriers.
