It seems that Uber Plus passes are changing in some regions, for example the San Francisco link no longer works but the Los Angeles link does work. Some readers are seeing the option to purchase these passes in app:
I imagine these being able to purchase these passes in app is still hugely your mileage may vary, but if you recently tried to purchase them online and the online links weren’t working it might be worth double checking your app. It’s frustrating because these ride packages are obviously insane value for some people, but actually purchasing them can be almost impossible. You can’t use your American Express Uber credits to buy the pass. You can use the credits to pay for your discounted rides.
