According to @ChaseSupport everything should be working again.
Reader MIL215 called Chase reconsideration and was told that the lending team is currently updating their server and reconsideration is currently impossible. They were told to call back on Wednesday. Other readers are also experiences other issues with the Chase website currently (e.g accounts showing zero balance). Readers have also reported not being able to open deposit accounts in branch. We’ve reached out to Chase to confirm that reconsideration will be possible again on Wednesday.
