[Expired] Chase Offers: Earn $100 When You Switch To T-Mobile & Make Two $50 Payments

Deal has ended, view more T-Mobile deals by clicking here.

The Offer

Check your Chase Offers for the following deal:

  • Earn $100 back when you switch to T-Mobile and make two transactions of at least $50 each.
  • Others got a similar offer for a lower $50 back when switching and making two transactions of $50 each.

The Fine Print

  • Offer expires 7/9/21
  • Must make the two payments by 9/7/21
  • Payment must be made directly with merchant

Our Verdict

Offer is showing on many different personal and business Chase cards. The million-dollar-question is whether the ‘switch to T-Mobile’ part of the offer is enforced. It’s entirely possible that any payment will work, and the terms don’t seem to exclude that. Let us know if you try. If you don’t have T-Mobile, consider gifting it to a friend.

Just got the credit for two $50 payments I made at a T-Mobile store about a week ago.

The offer now shows up under my “expired” tab. It was originally expires 7/16 but make two payments by 9/17. Anyone have previous experience with this and whether I can still make two payments before 9/17 and still qualify? I had this offer saved initially.

Yes, that situation played out like that for the AT&T TV Chase Offer a few months back. Rest assured it will still pay you if you make the payment by 9/17, as the terms state, even though it shows up now as expired.

Would this work with the t-mobile connect prepaid plan?

No notification ever given to me from Chase, but shows up under Redeemed Chase Offers today for $100 after making 2 TMOBILE*PREPAID WEB $50.00 payments. Payments made on July 3 and July 7.

Same. My notifications may be turned off. $50 hit my Redeemed offers.

TMOBILE POSTPAID WEB*2
I made both payments on the same day, 7/6.

“It takes 7–14 business days for statement credits to appear in your account.”

Yep, my theory is they push out redemption credits, for everyone that successfully purchased in that time frame as a lump/aggregate, like once per two weeks. They also didn’t notify me of small stuff like Chipotle but then did notify me for Jersey Mike’s yesterday.

Anyways, also other details: I already had T-Mobile, was not a new customer, and I did $50 prepaid balance refills, not paying $50 on a monthly bill. Overall very happy to get $100 free and love this community.

Has it been more than 7 days since payments posted? It looks like it might sometimes take time for some people. I tried a third payment, but the offer shows redeemed 7 days after the initial payments posted. The third payment is still stuck pending so I don’t think this was the trigger.

Bob,
I have t-mobile prepaid pay as you go. So if I make 2 refills of $50 each over two days, I can get a $100 back on my card? Is you prepaid pay as you go or prepaid connect?
My expiry date on my freedom card is showing 7/16 with a used by date of 9/24.

I can confirm that making two post-paid payments over $50 on two different days triggers the Chase offer redeemed email.

Anyone try more than 2 per account? Shows you can do max 4 per account. Wonder if you can get 4x $50.

Or will it work to fund 2 separate accounts and then use that money to pay off another account?

4 per account limit seems to refer to iPhone on US.

I planned to use this offer 4 times and so far 3 of them has successfully shown up (the same phone number, if that’s what you meant by “account”)

I can confirm the deal works for prepaid – added funds to my account for $50.17 in two transactions, the deal shows pending now. I had the deal on my Bank of America credit card

Are you a new customer to T-mobile? I’d like to know if it works for existing customers. Thanks

I have 4 cards with this offer (1 for $100 back and 3 for $50 back) which I used to pay my prepaid account. Will report back once I see the redemption confirmation.

Sylv,
I was asking Bob above the same question if your prepaid is payasyougo prepaid or prepaid connect plan? Thanks!

We paid our normal monthly bill in two transactions $50 and $51 on the same day before the bill was due on autopay and Chase sent an email we redeemed it

I paid $50.00 and $50.01 on the same day that posted as “TMOBILE POSTPAID WEB”. So far that did not trigger the offer (3 business days since it posted). I’m not sure if the same day was the issue or something else?

Mine switched to redeemed 7 days after the initial payments posted. I also tried a third payment that is still pending so I don’t think that was the trigger.
