(Update 10/1/25: PYB stays the same for Q4 2025, with the exception of Home Improvement being removed and Department Stores added instead. Updated below. PYB on all other cards is likely the same, let us know.)
Here is the new list of the Pay Yourself Back categories on the Chase Sapphire Reserve card for July, August, and September 2025:
- Grocery stores (excluding Walmart & Target) 1.25 cents per point
- Gas stations 1.25 cents per point
- Department Stores 1.25 cents per point
- Annual Fee 1.25 cents per point
- Select Charities 1.5 cents per point

- Chase Sapphire Reserve for Business also has PYB, but only has one option: select charities at 1.25 cents per point.
We did a separate post with the Pay Yourself Back categories on all other Chase cards; I assume all of those remain the same for Q3 2025 and beyond.
