Our Verdict
We saw a recent offer of 80,000 points, but this one has a better spend-to-earn ratio and some might prefer it. The referral offers are not yet showing this new deal, though that might change in the coming days/weeks.
Companion pass now requires 125,000 points in a calendar year to earn; this year you’ll only need 100,000 points due to pandemic reduction from Southwest. You can one of the personal cards with 65,000 and get a business card with 80,000 points to meet the Companion Pass threshold. We’ll add these to the best credit card bonus page.
