I couldn’t find any emails about this (maybe I accidentally deleted it) and asked Chase if I can still get the benefit because of my CSR. I opened it long before the email went out. The Chase representative said no: You MUST have the email to sign up, due to the unique code inside. Chase apparently can’t resend it or provide any new codes. If you deleted the email or can’t find it, you’re out of luck.

This offer doesn’t expire until 2023 so it’s a bit strange. There isn’t any further information on Chase’s website either.

Update: I received another email about this a couple months afterwards, and was able to activate the Parking Spot offer through that email.

This was towards the bottom of an email about current CSR benefits, most of which I’ve already used so I almost missed it. Sadly, there are no Parking Spot locations at my local airports.

Sadly deleted my email because it was at the bottom of a random email. Of course they’re the ONLY off-airport parking lot at my airport that’s open. Wondering why they don’t include in more than one email since they were giving us years to sign up for it?

FYI: eligible cardholders have until 10/26/2023 to redeem membership, so no need to rush.

Great way to get to In-N-out at LAX during a layover. Hop on their shuttle- they won’t deny a PLATINUM member
