- Earn 5x/5% cash back up on total eligible purchases up to $2,000 each month at gas stations, grocery stores and restaurants
- Earn 10x/10% back on eligible purchases of $300 or more made each month gas stations, grocery stores and restaurants up to a 10,000/$100 point max each month
The Fine Print
- Valid from 04/01/2019 until 06/30/2019
- Must activate promotion by end of the promotion period
Our Verdict
This card is great because of these types of targeted spending offers, this is the reason we have it ranked #1 on our list of store credit cards. This is a weaker offer than we normally see, usually it’s 10x in specific categories or 5x everywhere. Normally people get different offers so let us know what you received in the comments below.

I got the same offer. Mine is monthly for the months of April, May, and June. I received the offer on April 11 so I had already missed much of the month of April.
I got this card last November… put $1.5k spending on it. haven’t received any such promotional offers. how to be targeted for such offers?

It takes around a year from opening to get targeted.

I got 15k points per month and $500 minimum at gas, grocery, or restaurant. Does it typically have to be $500 minimum per purchase or cumulative for the month?
Hopefully it’s cumulative. Min per purchase would be ludicrous/useless for the vast majority of their customers – gas stations won’t even let you buy that much gas in one transaction usually; that would be a massive multiple-carts-full grocery store visit (for a normal family not buying gift cards, of course); or a very very pricey restaurant meal.

I didn’t get targeted this round. Then again I’ve earned nearly 200K thankyou points over the last 6mo without having a ty card. I can do for some diversifying.

Getting the +10X offers gives you 11X points on gas, groceries, and restaurants. My cap ranged from $2500 to $3000 each month. My total was 192K from October through March.
