• Citi is offering a 25% transfer bonus when you transfer your Citi ThankYou points to Qantas. Normally you can transfer 1,000 Citi ThankYou points and receive 1,000 Qantas miles and with this transfer bonus that changes to 1,250 Qantas miles.

Our Verdict

This is the second time Citi has offered this transfer bonus to Qantas. Last time Qantas itself was offering some customers a 15-40% bonus as well that could be stacked with the 25% offer. Qantas offered a similar bonus at the end of last year, so if you don’t need the miles right away it might be worth waiting to see if Qantas offers something similar again. Normally Qantas doesn’t target you unless you’ve done a transfer before, so could make sense to just do a transfer of 1,000 points now to possibly trigger an offer.
