Our Verdict
I’ve seen one report of this working with the $25 off $250+ offer and lots, lots, lots, lots of reports of it not working. I guess YMMV but most likely won’t work.
I think a reply on slickdeals clears out the issue of 25 off 250 coupon. One of the successful cases was due to the new costco membership coupon obtained through Groupon/Living Social and NOT the standard 25 off 250 coupons we get in the warehouse which explicitly state that it cannot be used for electronic gift certificates.

Yo, Doc. Just learned something interesting. Google express enables people to shop at Costco without a membership. That would be quite handy for Discover It card holders when it’s 5% time at these type of stores.
