CVS Class Action Privacy Settlement (Up To $5 Without Proof, $10 With)

It’s alleged that CVS violated state and federal law by disclosing ‘data of users of the CVS Digital Properties, including but not limited to users of www.cvs.com, www.cvshealth.com, and the CVS digital application, to Criteo or other technology providers or third parties through technology embedded on any of the CVS Digital Properties’. CVS has denied any wrong doing but agreed to a $20,500,000 settlement. 

Who’s Eligible? 

You are eligible if you accessed CVS digital properties in the United States prior to July 27, 2026. You can file your claim here.

How Much?

Total settlement pool is $20,500,000. Estimates say up to $5 without documentation and up to $10 with documentation. 

Key Dates

  • 9/10/2026: Notification e-mail
  • 11/1/2026: Opt out and objection deadline
  • 11/16/2026: Claim Deadline
  • 12/1/2026: Final approval hearing 

Our Verdict

Suspect people will end up getting a lot less than $5/$10 but you never know with these settlements.
