Our Verdict
Check your emails, I got this offer, as did readers M. and Jim and John, but it may well be targeted. Pretty easy $10 since Paypal is accepted in so many places.
They make mention of linking your Paypal account with your Discover account. The link in the email will take you to a special page where you link Discover with Paypal, this official linking option helps so that the card always remains up to date, even when the expiration or CVV changes. You can find this page within your Discover login by going to the ‘Manage’ tab and selecting ‘Link with Paypal’.
I don’t think linking is required for the bonus, just any Paypal purchase on Discover will work, but I did it anyway to be sure.
