Update: Link should show the proper $30 offer now, people who used the old link will still get the $30 bonus without issue (this was my error not topcashbacks).

Our Verdict
Previous best offer has been $25, Topcashback offered to increase this to $30 and here we are. The reason the bonus is higher than normal is that we don’t receive anything if you sign up for this offer, instead we’ve passed the full $30 to our readers. We always try to do these types of deals with companies, but very few show any interest. One of the reasons I love Topcashback is they have the same mindset as we do, they give users 100% of a store’s commission back as cash back. They make money through separate advertising banners ‘our list stores’ among other ways. I find that Topcashback rates are consistently better than other shopping portals and it’s the portal I use the most often.
If you want to see more brands & websites offer our readers increased bonuses like this then there are two things you can do:
- Sign up if you don’t have have an account
- Share this with others
You can view our full review of Topcashback by clicking here. I know some readers have had issues in the past, keep in mind money earned from Topcashback doesn’t become payable until they receive the money from the merchant so the wait times can be longer than other sites. I think the increased cashback rates are worth the wait times, but YMMV. As always make sure you follow our tips to ensure portals track correctly. If you have any unresolved issues with TCB then submit a support request here. They will also be in the comments section answering any questions readers might have.
first doc thanks for the useful site. just saw this and have been thinking of joining TCB. while the page says “Offer Expires October 31st, 2019” it is still active so any chance that this offer is being extended?
thanks.
I’m very interested in joining and curious about this as well.
It’s best to tag the author when you ask questions… type at sign, then the name, then click on them. I’d guess it was a limited time offer, but only one person can answer that. William Charles DK waynedpj
Unfortunately not
William Charles thanks for confirming and the honest site, will keep an eye out for future TCB signup promos.
Looks like they are offering boosted redemption options through 11/7. I’m seeing 6% for Visa GC which is enough to bypass the convenience of PayPal.
Doc, I used your new link and signed up yesterday, I was able to see $30 pending, so I made an purchase through TCB cashback link yesterday. After the purchase, also I received an email from TCB says “Your recent purchase has tracked”.
But, I can’t log in my account since this morning, so I was able to reset the password, but still can’t log in. It seems that TCB blocked the log in. I sent an message to TCB, did not hear yet.
Hi Ryan,
I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble logging-in to your account. I can certainly help you with this. Please can I ask you to get in touch with us privately via a direct message on our social media platforms, Facebook or Twitter, or via a support ticket from the link I’ve shared below:

Many thanks,
Patrick
Hi Patrick,
I received an email this morning from Phil of TCB says “I am really sorry to hear you are having issues logging in. I’ll pass this on to another member of the team who will be able to help. Please allow a few days for them to reply”
Would you able to follow up my issue? Thanks.
Hi Ryan,
Certainly, no worries at all. Would you mind dropping me a private message through our Facebook page? In the message please include the email address relating to your account. You can reach me here:

Thanks,
Patrick
DoC, I used the link to sign up before you corrected it. TCB is saying that they do not see the referral on their end
Did you use the same e-mail address as this comment? Regardless, send me an e-mail ([email protected]) and I’ll get it sorted.
Link doesn’t work. Perhaps I’m missing something? John 3:16
I just signed on at 10:10am today and was successful. It also says if you refer someone you get a $10 bonus. Anyone had any experience with this? Did it post? The $30 showed up immediately (of course not yet available)
Where are you seeing the $30 “showing up immediately”? I signed up yesterday and don’t see the $30 pending anywhere. What screen do I go to? It’s not shown under “earnings” tab or “Dashboard” tab.
Not a good start with this company…
Hi Justin,
If you’ve clicked the referral link to join TCB the bonus should show as pending. If this isn’t the case please submit a support ticket and our team will gladly help you with this:

Thanks,

What doesn’t work about it?
So the 10/31 deadline is just for signing up for TCB under the referral for the $30 bonus? But I can make the qualifying purchase that earns $10 cash back to release the $30 bonus any time after that? Thanks.
Hi J,
That’s correct 🙂 As long as you sign-up via the link before the deadline you’ll qualify for the bonus, it just won’t become payable until you’ve actively started using your account and earned $10 in payable cashback.
Thanks,
Patrick
My two cents. TCB consistently has the highest cashback in my opinion and I’ve been using them for the past 5 years. As with all cashback sites, a couple of transactions do not get tracked properly and I have indeed lost some cases with TCB. But overall, it has been a positive experience for me.
It doesn’t matter if I have the highest advertise rate back if they don’t honor it. Multiple 7% and 10% rates were honored at 1% (would’ve done better with ebates on those) And still have never been paid to me. A majority have never tracked or never been honored. Their support refuses to communicate with vendors after a sale is made meaning if they do not immediately honor your purchase your chances of having the rate honored advertised on their site is almost 0. They have put in writing they are contractually prohibited from communicating with a vendor if there is any issue with your purchase through their portal and they are powerless to proceed.
Hi Dan,
As I mentioned above, we’d be happy to help you with any transactions and shed some light on the reasoning behind why you may have had declined cashback if you’d like to make contact with our team on the link already provided.
Thanks,
Patrick
I want to like TCB, but I regularly have issues with them. It takes months to get my credit and I submitted claims that they’ve completely ignored. Totally lost out on money I could’ve gained with Rakuten.
Hi GJ,
Claims are never ignored, but they do take longer to process than your average transaction as the retailer has to manually investigate each one. If you post a message onto your claim form message thread, our team would be happy to update you on your case.
Thanks,
Patrick
I never look at TCB anymore. Been screwed far tooo many times for far too much. I think you will find that theme throughout people who have extensive experience here. BTW, where is TCB in the comments section? Hard to defend their poor reputation
This kind of promotional posts about questionable portals really hurts the trust in DOC as a whole.
Agreed
Same here. 0 for 12.
I’m sorry to hear this, Fathis. TopCashback aren’t in the business of ‘screwing’ anybody. It seems like you’ve had some transactions go awry but if you wanted to get in touch we can help provide some more detailed advice and we can look further into any transactions you’d like to query. Feel free to drop us a line and we’d be happy to help:

There’s a “theme” in the comment section on every post on every platform of every cash-back site of angry customers with bad experiences. The rest of us with years of good experiences just don’t take the time to argue… should I go follow every negative comment from Dan with a positive one?
I did this last year when the highest offer was $25, as DoC posted. My honest opinion? I have mainly switched over to TCB for getting cashback now, as they are frequently higher than Ebates (not always, but mostly). I will say though that it takes longer to track purchases, and I had to take more precautions to make sure things track – like making sure my cart was empty, and using dedicated browser where cookies are disabled. I think TCB is more on top (stricter) with rejecting purchases for using an unapproved promo code, where as you can get away it through Ebates pretty often. TCB also runs some games through the year where you’ll get $0.25 or $0.50 here and there for finding clues throughout the site. All in all, no complaints. Thanks DoC for turning me onto them.
I signed up in April (I think?), also w/DoC referral link. Got about $400 so far, with only 1 untracked purchase that Customer Service eventually took care of. I keep all adblockers, pop-up blockers, tracking cookie removers, etc. off. Chrome on Windows desktop and Android phone.
I log in to TCB, log out of merchant website, log back in to merchant website, clear cart and promo codes, close out of merchant website, then click through TCB to get back to merchant.
I find that they post most public coupons, which is nice, but often post them late, which kinda sucks. I usually just assume the coupon is allowed, and that they just haven’t gotten around to posting it. No problems so far, but I’ve only done that a few times, so YMMV.
I’ve followed the strategies above and had the majority of my shopping tracked. The one time it didn’t work was when I ordered a gift card from Raise, just before midnight. The gift card order wasn’t process until a couple hours later, which ended up being the next day. I got the 1% CB offer instead of the 10% offer. Waiting on TCB to fix the issue, but it looks like it’s up to Raise if they want to honor it. Not hopeful.
