Chipotle’s determination, made in its sole discretion, as to whether a facility is licensed or certified and therefore eligible for the offer, will be final.

Orders must be placed for delivery within an available U.S. delivery area and no more than 15 miles from a participating U.S. Chipotle restaurant, to a hospital or other medical facility as verified by Chipotle in its sole discretion.

Our Verdict
Companies that are offering freebies to healthcare workers really need to do a better job of it in my opinion. For example in this case I bet there are going to be a lot of healthcare workers from the same facility filing out this form and missing out. Still it’s hard to complain with 100,000 free burritos.
