Our Verdict
The Sam’s offer could be useful for members, hopefully it’ll work on gift cards as well.
Dosh still has their 2% Exxon cashback through July 10th, as well. This has worked for some on Visa gift cards purchased inside (YMMV whether your store will allow credit cards), on top of the 10% Amex Offer credit. Wow.
