Starting next week, the Dosh app will lower the new-member bonus from $5 to $1. Far as I know, the bonus for referrer will remain at $5 for now. If you’ve been eyeing the app, might as well signup now for the extra $4.
Dosh comes out with a steady stream of deals, it’s usually not big money, but if you’re comfortable linking your cards, it can be some easy money when shopping at their partners.
You need to signup with a referral code and proceed to link a card in the Dosh app to be eligible for the $5 bonus. My appreciation if you use my signup code CHUCKS2 during signup.
I received an email for referring friends for $10. The subject was:

“2 weeks only: Invite friends, get $10”.
The terms state: “For two weeks only, refer your friends to Dosh and get $10 for each referral who links a card.
*Promo valid through 7/8/19 at 12am PT. You will receive your $10 bonus once your referral has linked their first verified credit or debit card during the promotional period.”
It looks like the new member only gets the $1 bonus though, but it still could be useful if you’re referring a family member/ partner and get $11 combined instead of the old $5 each (or $5 and $1 that started last week)

No worries, the App has been useless since January anyways.
Staples 3% back?
Sorry, I keep getting all these apps mixed up with each other. Bitmo also had a $5 referral which is the one I’m talking about.
I don’t have staples or officemax, or sam’s club or pretty much anything interesting on my dosh.
Second that, I’ve gotten none of the deals that show up here. I think this reduction does not bode well for its survival
Agree, I’ll have to go out of my way to hit up a Staples a couple times. I’m about $10 from being able to cash out and delete the app. Haven’t earned a penny since they dropped Sams Club.
Never got the Staples offer or anything else of value. Got the $5 for joining Sams but will probably never collect
