I haven’t gotten the email on this one yet, but the link, above, worked to activate it for me. Use a shopping portal for additional rewards. Appreciate those who shop through our eBay affiliate link.

Got it on the eBay account that I do not use as often.
I have two accounts because I used to sell on eBay, so I had a buyer account and a seller account.
Now because I chose not to verify with Paypal, I can’t use it to accept payments.

It figures…I just bought a $1000 laptop on EBay yesterday, and today I get the promo offer.

I was targeted. Is there anything I should buy specifically, or is it just a nice discount to have?

Well, **** me… Fourth week in a row I’m not “targeted” for the offer.

I guess I’ll try unsubscribing from all ebay communications and see if that changes anything later when I re-subscribe – unless anyone has a better strategy to suggest.

I’m assuming that unsubscribing from ebay communications won’t make me lose whatever ebay bucks I’ve already accumulated for this quarter… can anyone confirm that is correct?

+1 here, getting no love from ebay. Maybe because I’ve been hitting them pretty hard this quarter with shopping portal cashback ($160) + 1% bucks ($90), their algorithm doesn’t consider me profitable?

Tim, I suspect you’re on to something. I hit the max ebay bucks ($500) for both the first and second quarter. While I’ve hit the $500 mark before, I’ve never done it in back-to-back quarters. There is probably some bot / algorithm that tells them that I’m not profitable either.

Finally, targeted for an eBay promo! Question is, what to consider?
