buy 300 bucks of gas card at approximately 90% price. From my experience this is fairly achievable with deals here and there. Any idea for even better deals?

last season it was buying discounted gc from ebay/raise using paypal, since chase freedom had 5% with paypal.
Ah, right. I thought it was 90% before credit card cashback.
