Nothing good about this news. Big companies are scooping up all the tools of trade. Im sure its matter of time before the real functionality is scooped out as well. I see awardhacker and similar sights in the scope next.

AwardHacker was created by US Credit Card Guide to show you where you could fly with the cards they peddle. No fears about that going away anytime soon.

Yuck…I hate TPG. While at first I read TPG a little..realized it was a gross blatant CC pusher. Like a pushy salesman who wants to CON you. Apparently – many fall for it. OMAAT has moved in that direction now…but better style and not as gregarious as TPG.

Maybe I read 1 story every couple of months on TPG. If that….

ExpertFlyer is useful…hope it doesn’t get ruined

I can’t agree with you enough. TPG is absolutely terrible. Pure trash.

Used to be a great site back in the day, which may mean different things for different people. Traveled half of EastAsia on the cheap thx to TPG and MMS.

Is TPG really that bad? Don’t they have useful/informative news and articles, despite the CC-peddling bias?

Am I just blind and dumb? LOL, don’t answer that.

I used to like TPG as well a few years ago but I feel like they shifted to being more of the Buzzfeed of the points / CC / travel world

I couldn’t agree more, they have so many staff writers that there’s no one voice.

I hope EF doesn’t get ruined, their interface is just fine the way it is now.
