I tried it on the whole wheat version at Safeway self checkout. Didn’t pass until an employee waved their magic card over it.

What’s to keep people from printing a bunch of these coupons and trying to use them on separate visits?
The fact that they don’t scan and require cashier/manager override.
Went through self-checkout at my usual Kroger. I come in regularly around the same time for a few things before my drive home from work so they employees know me. I tried using this coupon last night. I didn’t work. Then the employee came by and asked where the coupon was from. I mentioned it was a manufacturer coupon and they manually entered the amount of the coupon. That’s the only reason I was able to redeem this.
Just tried at two different Target stores within walking distance of my condo, did not work at either location.
There are several reports on Slickdeals that this coupon scans as zero value at Walmart. I’ll be interested to hear where people have success using it
Thanks, I think I will make good use of this coupon. I have been wanting to try this product. They have this product at my local Sprouts, Ralphs, Walmart and Vons grocery stores here in so Cal that I think will take the coupon. Whole Foods does not carry this, or at least my local store doesn’t. It looks like they have it at my local Target, but I know for a fact that Target will not take this coupon, so I won’t try my luck there.
I’ll try the buttermilk and chocolate chip varieties, though I know there are some others, like dark chocolate, carb conscious, wheat/oats/honey, etc. I have the pdf coupon saved on my computer, and I will try to pick up a box or two on each trip I make to the grocery store between now and 4/30.
Most stores have policies saying that they won’t accept internet coupons for free items. Unfortunately there was a huge scam and some people went to jail for making fake coupons for free items and selling them. So now stores don’t trust internet coupons for free items. Maybe this was part of the plan? Get free publicity for the products but not have to pay stores for any coupon use because no one will be able to redeem the coupon.

Alright so the plan is to bombard their email complaining about how the coupon doesn’t work right? Maybe they’ll fix the coupon then.
Walmart self check-out DP: the coupon scanned but no amount was deducted. The cashier told me if it “doesn’t scan” then there is nothing she could do. I didn’t push the issue further but still worth the try IMO since I was at Walmart regardless of this coupon.
