- Garuda Indonesia is offering a 50% discount on award flights (must book Saturday or Sunday in July), travel period is July 14th until December 15th, 2018. You must also use the promo code GO2MILES. You must book for two people in one booking.

- Valid for member who redeem for 2 persons in one PNR.

Our Verdict
At the end of 2016 Garuda offered a 90% discount on award flights, predictably that promotion was pulled early. This sale is really buy one get one free, as you need to redeem for two people to get the discount. Garuda is only a transfer partner from Citi ThankYou points. They have an award calculator you can play with here. Previously you needed to go into a Garuda office to get these ticketed, but it should be possible to do this all online now. Personally I’d not have the displeasure of dealing with Garuda than trying to book this, so I’m going to stay well away from this deal.
