Crypto platform Gemini now allows you to purchase stocks and you can get a bonus of up to $200 when you open a brokerage account. Tiers as follows:
- If you buy $100 of stocks, get $10 in rewards;
- If you buy $1,000 stocks, get $75 in rewards;
- If you buy $10,000 stocks, get $200 in rewards;

The Fine Print

Offer Period: The Stock Reward Offer will run from market open at 9:30 A.M. EDT on July 7, 2026, until market close at 4:00 P.M. EDT on July 20, 2026.
Eligibility: To be eligible for the Stock Reward Offer, you must (1) have an active Gemini individual brokerage account in good standing and (2) perform the trading activity described in the Offer section below within the Offer Period.
Offer: For eligible customers, Gemini will provide a certain dollar amount of credit which can be used only to purchase fractional stock in the customer’s individual Gemini individual brokerage account upon completion of the following trading activity within the Offer Period:
- If you buy $100 of stocks, get $10 in rewards;
- If you buy $1,000 stocks, get $75 in rewards;
- If you buy $10,000 stocks, get $200 in rewards;
The stocks that are available for the Stock Reward Offer represent the 50 largest S&P 500 companies by market cap that are offered in fractional shares by Gemini’s clearing broker, per July 6, 2026, data shown by StockAnalysis, an unaffiliated entity. Customers will have the ability to choose from these stocks to claim and use their reward. The reward will not appear as a balance in the customer’s account, but rather must be claimed and used to purchase a stock at the same time. Occasionally, Gemini’s inventory of settled shares may not include any given stock among this group for various reasons, including if Gemini is out of inventory for any given fractional stock. Additionally, use of the Stock Rewards Offer may be limited to use during market hours (typically 9:30a.m. ET to 4:00p.m. ET). Neither receipt of the Stock Rewards Offer through this program nor identification of a particular security in communications related to this program constitutes a solicitation of the security, investment advice or recommendation of any security, transaction, account type, investment strategy involving securities, or order.
For the pricing of fractional shares, Gemini will endeavor to price fractional shares at the last trade price. While Gemini endeavors to price fractional shares as of the time that the reward is claimed, there may be a small lag time between when the reward is claimed and the fractional shares are priced.
Limitations: Rewards will be credited only if the reward is claimed within 30 days through the Gemini platform. Rewards that aren’t claimed within 30 days will expire. The reward is only credited to an individual customer, and a customer will not be able to claim the reward unless they have an active Gemini individual brokerage account in good standing. In the event that Gemini determines in its sole discretion that there may have been fraudulent activity or a violation of either these Terms or any of Gemini’s applicable user agreements in connection with your trading activity or your Gemini account(s), Gemini reserves the right to either decline to grant the Stock Reward Offer, or to rescind or liquidate the stock or any related dollar proceeds if the customer sells their stock purchased with the Stock Reward Offer. Limit one offer per customer. The Stock Reward Offer will be available to be claimed by the enrolled individual within approximately seventy-two (72) hours after the end of the Offer Period, though this timeline may be delayed in Gemini’s sole discretion if, for example, Gemini determines that there is indicia of fraud or a violation of these Terms or other applicable Gemini user agreements. Gemini reserves the right to change the Stock Reward Offer terms or terminate the offer at any time without notice. The Stock Reward Offer is not transferable, saleable, or valid in conjunction with certain other offers and is available to US residents only. Employees, contractors, or persons similarly associated with Gemini or a Gemini affiliate; members of their household; employees of any securities regulatory organization or exchange, employees of market makers, and registered representatives or any broker-dealer are not eligible. The offer is only available for personal use, and may not be used for commercial purposes.
