- PayPal offer through 9/10/21 and Venmo offer valid through 9/11/21
- Offer is available to first 50,000 PayPal and/or Venmo Users.
- Offer is not valid for online purchases or purchases made in store without QR code.
Our Verdict
This is better than the previous $10 off $20+ deal. Great discount.
This deal turned out to be a $28 off for me .. I used the initial PP $20 on a product which gave me $6 extrabucks rewards and the product had a $2 off going on for extrabucks members

I added this offer on PP on Saturday. First CVS, manager guy says CVS policy not to allow QR codes on GCs. Of course, that’s not actually true. Other CVS needed to scan the back of my DL but then had no problem using a QR code to process payment for $500 SSVGC. $20 discount instantly reflected!
I had issues at self checkout yesterday but I tried again with the tip to avoid accidentally scanning the bar code instead of QR code and it worked. You can tap the QR code to expand it and the bar code will get hidden.
Charged $5 for $25 AGC, plus got the $10 stack for my first CVS/PayPal payment. Effectively free $25 AGC with a $5 moneymaker on top. Nice!

I got “We’re sorry, but this offer is no longer available” message. Is it dead already?
PayPal customer service mentioned this morning that it was a known issue of customers not being able to save the offer and in certain cases, not being able to successfully use the saved offer. Their engineers are on the case.
When did you add it to your account? I keep getting the “Sorry your offer was not saved, try again” on 2 different browsers on PC, mobile and the app.
I’m getting same message when I click on the offer from within paypal on web. It does say EXP 4/30/22 but also says max 25k redemptions….could be DoC affect
