How does the math with Fuel Perks work? 206.95 vgc should net 414 fuel perks, so would that mean 82.8 cents off a gallon up-to 30 gallons?

Normally, Giant Eagle only offers 1x on gift card purchases, so the 2x is a great deal. You may be thinking of Giant.
