- SWEETHEART promotion can not be combined with other promotions, is a one-time use promo code and supplies are limited.
Our Verdict
$500 denomination normally costs $6.95, would be $3.95 with this coupon. Now using a coupon usually invalidates the portal cash back, unless the portal specifically lists that promo code. I guess we will need to wait until the 22nd to find out if any portals have it listed or not. Keep in mind portals have limits as well. Staples has $5 off $200 Mastercard gift cards tomorrow, that might be a better option for people with cards that earn at a high rate on office supply stores.

Has anyone gotten cashback credit on this? I bought a card through the topcashback link yesterday using the SWEETEST code for $3 off, but I haven’t gotten any cashback credit yet. Without the 1% cashback, this offer is obviously “meh.”

Looks to me like this will be a bust. Not 22nd yet, but also seeing one $3 discount on the whole order with SWEETEST, NOT per card (in any quantities). Makes no sense to do multiple orders to get additional discounts due to $7.45 shipping fee (and potentially no portal pay out either).

Not sure what that would accomplish, it’s a straight $7.45 shipping fee for 5 cards with tracking. Doing multiple orders would cost more in shipping, negating any spread.

Some cards will give you 3x points for purchases on GC.com. So if you get $2500 in GCs and purchase through a 1% cashback portal, your net cost will be $17 for 7500 points. As long as you have a method for liquidating the $500 VGCs, this is a legit way for racking up some points. Of course, this is also a way to meet min spends on all bank cards except AMEX.

Presume you meant the Chase Ink Business Preferred card? (explaining the 3%) Curious indeed. What was the qualifying category? Internet services? Travel? Still working? via tcb?
This would be quite a well kept chestnut if Ink treated giftcards.com as a bonus category. I’d be surprised this could be kept secret!
