Our Verdict
The virtual Visa card comes with a $5.95 fee. They sell cards of up to $500. You can buy a $500 card for $502.95 after promo code. I don’t recall whether portals work when using promo codes. Obviously the virtual Visa’s are harder to liquidate so make sure you have a plan before buying. Plastiq no longer allows prepaid cards at all.
I believe this promo code will work for everyone, but according to the fine print it’s limited to ‘one time use’, and you can’t get more than $3 off per order, but it might work to do back to back orders.
Need to pay car insurance. Can I buy this with BOFA Cash (earn 5.25% back on online shopping) then use it to pay Liberty Mutual?

I’m not sure anything good works with that anymore. GCC/Staples/local grocery BINs all died a while back, and GCC eVGC already didn’t work before that happened.
Only TCB and SB VGCs work, for me.
