- Groupon is selling BJ’s membership for new BJ’s members for just $15 on the basic version (reg. $60) and you’ll get a $15 BJ’s Rewards if you spend $45 within 30 days.
- They also have the enhanced $120 membership on sale for $40, and you’ll get a $40 BJ’s Rewards if you spend $120 within 30 days.
You can also get this offer directly on the BJ’s website at this link. The advantage of doing it through Groupon would just be to use a shopping portal and/or to use up Groupon gift cards or Groupon Bucks. Otherwise, it’s probably easier to do it directly on the BJ’s website.
Our Verdict
These are discounted prices on the BJ’s membership, and then the $15/$40 reward makes it like-free. You can also go through Shopback for 20% back on Groupon today or tomorrow (7/13-7/14/25) so this can actually be a bit of a ‘moneymaker’. See other shopping portal options at this link.
This deal is a bit of a pain since you have to go twice to BJ’s: once to spend the $45 and then again to spend the $15. Hopefully these shoppings can be done online. Or maybe the BJ’s Rewards posts immediately so you can go right back into the club and spend it.
Note: the membership is set up to auto-renew. I always turn that off right away and then decide later in the year if I want to renew.
