Although I have had luck redeeming LA market promos in the past, I can confirm that this one dl definitely has a southern cutoff that is above Oceanside. I tried ordering from the northernmost restaurant I could (Denny’s on Harbor Island), to no avail…

According to the terms that multiple people have posted, it is region limited, but it’s not the same regions that are mentioned at the top of this post. For example, Bay Area instead of Los Angeles, Baltimore instead of Washington DC, Phoenix instead of Austin, etc, etc.
