Our Verdict
If you’ve book a flight within the last 14 days and it has gone down, you can call in and request a refund. Keep in mind that JetBlue points are tied to the cash value of the flight. Citi is also offering a 50% transfer bonus to JetBlue currently, unsure if the points will transfer in time or not (Eric says that his were basically instant).
