Our Verdict
Pretty good sign up bonus if you live near a branch. No real requirements to get the bonus or avoid the monthly fees is what makes it a good deal. Just went in branch for $150 bonus. They required a hard pull from Equifax, so had to unfreeze it. I asked if there was a way to not do a hard pull (ie. not open an account with overdraft protection), but I was told it was a requirement for new members… Thanks as always for the banking bonuses heads up!
Did you open the account/ Is it actually showing a hard pull? Others are reporting soft pull only (this would also require the unfreezing of account)
I went to the branch on Saturday and signed up. The lady I talked to said it would be a soft pull as long as you don’t signup for the overdraft. I deposited $100 cash and waiting now. You do have to setup a savings account as well.

I called the branch and they said it will be a hard pull.
