Thanks DoC! Signed up and got my coupon. Coupon cannot be used with other coupons, promos, discounts, etc. Excludes things like contractor packs, volume discount programs, QSP programs, government contract pricing, and so on.
Terms say nothing about gift cards. 😀

I can confirm this.
The fine print doesn’t mention “excludes gift cards” will try in the morning.
I tried earlier, the cashier (Newington, CT store) wouldn’t even do it but I insisted and when they did the screen showed the system saying “no coupons for gift cards”.
Like you said though it does not say no GCs so it may be a YMMV if they’ll help you, I find that Lowe’s to be unusually unhelpful even more so than a normal store.
