Our Verdict
Becomes a better deal when you combine it with the American Express offer giving $40 cash back when you spend $50 or more. Obviously this will only work if your state adds $2.06 or more in taxes otherwise you won’t hit the $50 spending threshold. Not sure if there is any good filler items to get your total over $50 if this isn’t the case for your state. That works out to be $1.67 per bottle + the voucher.
If you had the American Express offer on another card you could use the $50 off voucher to order $100 in wine (bringing your total to $50) to trigger the offer and getting another $40 back. That means you’d be get a total of $150 in wine for $20 plus a free corkscrew.

It appears to be a “new” customer, you just need a new email address.
Two new customers, one purchasing $60 and the other purchasing $30 with the same American Express card triggers the offer.
$90 spend – $25 statement credit = $65 for 18 bottles = $3.61 per bottle.
I just noticed about 5/15 Amex cards had martha stewart 25 off 75 offers on them. I never used the vouchers that they gave me from 3 previous orders.
FYI – they are not accepting the $50 off $75 until Oct 1st now (obv due to the amex promo), however a rep offered to place an order at full price via phone & then process a $50 refund, so I’m happy. It’s not right for them to sell us an offer (where I got my $50 off $75) and then delay acceptance, so I was glad to see them work around.
Got the same email as Randy above, after making an order a couple weeks ago, except they gave a code which offered $50 off a $75 purchase. As I had another Amex card with the $40 off $50 offers, this effectively allowed me to get $100+ worth of wine for $11.xx. Coulda gotten better ROI but rolled the dice on a more expensive bottle or two. Even still, unit cost was less than $2 a bottle. Combined with the purchases I’ve made on other Amex cards with the offer, I’ve gotten close to a dozen bottles for $23 or so. Hard to beat that.
Anyway, point is, if you’ve had an order sitting unfulfilled a while, either keep an eye out on your email or shoot them a text/chat. I’d chatted with them a few days ago for an update on the order, which they said would be filled soon, and then the email came a couple days later.
I had a same experience after chatting two days ago asking the status. I also got the email apology with the 50 off 75 that works with the amex offer right now. I used this last night and also pleasant surprised that the coupon provided free shipping too!
How do you delete your amex card information in your account on Martha Stewart wine website? I could not find a way to do that.

I apologize, I wasn’t aware it was the $50 off $75 purchases. Due to recent customer abuse on this code, being used in conjuction with an AMEX promotion, it has been decided to make the coupon effective until 10/01, once the Amex promotion has ended
Chat I had w/ CSR when I asked why my code doesn’t work.
They’ve disabled using gift vouchers on their site until 10/1… which is conveniently when the Amex offer ends.

I also got another $50 voucher in my first box and decided to dip again for another shipment along with using the $40/$50 Amex offer. Turns out, Martha Stewart Wines is a valid shop small retailer and I got an extra $5 back in addtion to the $40.
I ordered 6 wines with the 50 off 75 voucher (i ordered 6 rose dolce fwiw). Another 50 off 75 voucher came in the box. so keep a look out if you do the same. may have been a mistake.
The same happened to me. Thinking Martha is trying to sell off all her wine and close the business.
I just received my shipment of six bottles of red from the “discover” collection. Pretty disappointed as there are only three different types of wine. In other words, there are two bottles each of three different wines. We’re they supposed to be all different wines to sample?
No, there were only supposed to be 3 types. It said explicitly what you would get with the discovery package. Hopefully you like all 3 types that you got!
